Peaches. YUM. This recipe was inspired by another favorite
childhood book The Maggie B. The
Maggie B. is a delightful story about a girl who has an adventure on a ship
– with her little brother James for company.
For dessert, Maggie makes peaches, which they
consume with warm goat’s milk.

Next, slice them in two and take out the pit.
Roast for about 30-45 minutes.
I personally added some sour cream sweetened with maple
syrup on top, but they really don’t need it.
